Veterinary Hospital Administrator
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Hospital Administrator to join our team in a thriving veterinary hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing hospital operations, driving growth, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
This is a leadership role where you'll have the chance to truly make an impact on the hospital’s success across all areas, from revenue and productivity to staff development and marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hospital operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate staff
- Develop growth strategies alongside the Director of Ecosystems and Medical Director
- Monitor and manage financial health, including budgeting, revenue, and expenses
- Maintain high client service standards and act as a client liaison when needed
- Collaborate on marketing strategies for practice growth
- Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and contracts
- Oversee staffing, including hiring, training, and discipline
- Support the hospital culture and help drive staff initiatives

Salary: $115K - $125K/year
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospital administration, or CVPM
- 5+ years of experience in hospital management, ideally in an ER/Specialty hospital
- A general understanding of HR and labor laws
- A Master’s degree in business or hospital administration is a plus
