Sophie joined Lloyd & Cowan in 2021, bringing her recruitment expertise since 2019 and now plays a senior role within our team. With her natural people skills and genuine passion for the industry, Sophie not only manages permanent placements across the UK and Ireland but also oversees and supports our whole recruitment team.
Outside of work, she loves traveling and spending quality time with her beloved Huskita pup, Nala and horse, Shelby.
