About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Veterinary Clinical Operations to lead our growing team. This role offers the chance to oversee hospital operations, enhance staff performance, and ensure exceptional client care. As part of a leading veterinary group, you'll be at the forefront of providing top-tier specialty services across multiple disciplines, from emergency care to neurology and soft tissue surgery.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Hospital Oversight: Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth performance across departments.
  • Team Leadership: Provide support, coaching, and motivation to the hospital staff, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Financial Management: Oversee client billing, write-offs, and manage costs within the budget.
  • Client Relations: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the highest level of service.
  • Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to create strategies for continual growth.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a veterinary hospital, preferably in ER/Specialty settings.
  • Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage hospital operations, finances, and staff performance effectively.
