Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions

Thank you for participating in our Refer a Friend incentive. To ensure transparency and fairness, please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility to Participate:

• The referrer must be an individual who is not employed by or directly affiliated with Lloyd & Cowan Ltd.

2. Conditions for the Referral:

• The referred person ("the candidate") must be aware of and consent to their details being shared with Lloyd & Cowan Ltd.

• The candidate must not already be registered, known, or actively engaged with Lloyd & Cowan Ltd at the time of referral.

3. Placement Requirement:

• The candidate must be successfully placed in a role through Lloyd & Cowan Ltd.

• The candidate, including locums, must remain employed in the role for a minimum period of three (3) consecutive months 

4. Referral Bonus:

• Upon completion of the three-month employment period by the candidate, the referrer will be eligible to receive a referral bonus of £200 (GBP) or €250 (EUR).

• The referral bonus will be issued in the form of vouchers as chosen by Lloyd & Cowan Ltd.

5. Payment Terms:

• The referral bonus will be processed within 30 days following confirmation of the candidate’s three-month employment period.

6. General Terms:

• There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can make, provided each referral meets the conditions outlined.

• Lloyd & Cowan Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw this incentive scheme at any time without prior notice.

• In the event of any disputes, the decision of Lloyd & Cowan Ltd will be final.

7. Data Protection:

• Any personal data shared as part of the referral process will be handled in accordance with Lloyd & Cowan Ltd’s Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.
