Hospital Administrator – Veterinary Leadership Role
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Salary Range: $90K - $120K (Dependent on experience) + Relocation + Sign On Allowance

What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Hospital Administrator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring hospital growth, and managing a team of up to 115 employees. You’ll be key in driving financial success, leading strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment. Your role will also include collaborating with the marketing team and handling client service protocols.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing hospital operations and staff for smooth daily functioning
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 85-115 employees
  • Collaborating with the Regional Director to implement growth strategies
  • Overseeing financial health, including P&L, budgeting, and capital expenditures
  • Ensuring excellent client service and streamlining staff-client protocols
  • Working with the marketing team to boost practice visibility and growth
  • Representing the hospital at community and industry events

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a veterinary hospital (ER/Specialty preferred)
  • Strong P&L management and financial oversight skills
  • A leader who is both empathetic and visionary, capable of connecting with both clinical staff and non-clinical teams
  • A forward-thinking individual dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation
