About the Role
This established multi-vet practice is searching for a Lead Vet with over three years of experience to guide a collaborative and dedicated team. The clinic is well-equipped with digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, and a fully equipped operating theatre, providing the ideal setting for delivering top-tier veterinary care to a loyal client base.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll lead routine and advanced consultations, oversee GP-level surgeries, and drive dental and imaging services. You’ll also be responsible for mentoring and supporting fellow team members while building strong client relationships. The practice offers an excellent work-life balance, with a flexible 4-5 day work week and a 1 in 4 Saturday morning rota (9 am-1 pm).
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- Strong leadership abilities and a passion for team mentorship
- Excellent consulting, surgical, and dental skills
- A problem-solving approach and drive to grow the practice and client base
Support & Development
This role is part of a larger network supported by nearby branches and a central referral center. For complex cases, you’ll have access to specialists in internal medicine, oncology, ophthalmology, dermatology, and more, along with advanced imaging facilities.
