About the Practice

This is a practice with a family feel, led locally by an experienced Clinical Director of 16 years, ensuring patient care and team well-being remain at the heart of everything they do. Supported by a larger veterinary network, they combine the benefits of independence with the resources of a leading veterinary group.

The purpose-built clinic is equipped with:

  • Laparoscopic kit
  • Brand-new digital X-ray
  • Dental X-ray
  • A range of other modern tools to support efficient case work-ups

The team includes experienced vets, nurses, and certificate holders in medicine, along with individuals working towards additional certifications. They're also supported by an external OOH provider, meaning no Sunday or Bank Holiday working.

The caseload is varied, providing excellent opportunities for professional development. If you have a surgical interest, you’ll complement the team well, but all clinical interests are welcome!

Work-Life Balance

  • Flexible Hours: Full-time vets typically work a 4-day week, but are open to part-time arrangements or discussing schedules that suit you.
  • Rotas: Includes Saturday mornings on a shared rota, with no Sunday or Bank Holiday working.
  • Lunch Breaks & Admin Time: Daily hour-long lunch break and allocated admin time.
