Lloyd & Cowan are delighted to be working with a well-established group of two small animal practices in Staffordshire that has been serving the community for over three decades for a Veterinary Surgeon. Accredited by the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme, the clinics are known for providing excellent care to companion animals.

About the Role
Your role will involve a mix of surgery and consultations, with one dedicated surgery day per week. If you have a preference for more surgical or consultation-based work, the team is happy to tailor the role to suit your strengths and interests.

Hours: 40 hours per week over 4 days, with a set day off, 1:3 Saturday mornings, and no OOH

About the Practice
These modern, recently renovated practices offer state-of-the-art facilities, including:

  • Two theatres linked by glass for optimal workflow

  • Digital X-ray, in-house blood machines, ultrasound, and dental radiography

The practices are located in charming market towns with easy access to Birmingham (a 50-minute drive) and West Midlands Airport (1 hour). The surrounding area offers a blend of vibrant city life and peaceful countryside.

The team consists of 6 experienced Veterinary Surgeons, supported by a dedicated nursing and front-of-house team. The practice is also connected with a larger veterinary group, providing access to additional facilities, CPD events, and caseload sharing.
