An established emergency and specialty hospital in Chattanooga, TN, is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian (ER DVM) to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced ER veterinarians and new graduates seeking mentorship in a supportive, high-tech environment.

Flexible Scheduling Options:

  • Full-time: Three 12-hour shifts per week
  • Part-time: 8 to 12-hour shifts based on preference
  • Overnight ER DVMs: Option for 9 shifts per month / 4-week block
  • No mandatory on-call shifts

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 + production (negotiable) – earning potential of $200K+
  • Quarterly production bonuses with no negative accrual

Ideal Candidate:

  • DVM/VMD (or equivalent)
  • Active Tennessee veterinary license preferred (state licensure transfer fees covered)

  • Availability for some night and weekend shifts (flexible scheduling options)
