This full-time position offers the ideal balance between clinical work and strategic leadership. You'll be guiding a team of associate vets and support staff, helping to develop their skills while ensuring high standards of patient care and practice performance.

Who They’re Looking For
- DVM or equivalent, with eligibility to practice in Illinois
