The Role:
As an Equine Veterinarian, you will:
- Provide comprehensive veterinary care, including routine check-ups, anaesthesia, hospital and ambulatory services, diagnostics, and emergency care.
- Collaborate with a skilled veterinary team to create tailored treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct examinations, administer medications, and perform minor surgical procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Engage with clients, providing advice and education on equine health and wellbeing.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
- Hold a degree in Veterinary Medicine
- Must be eligible to register in Australia
- At least 2 years of experience as an Equine Veterinarian.
- Strong clinical skills and an in-depth understanding of equine anatomy and health.
- Exceptional communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to support and educate horse owners.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for high-quality, compassionate patient care.
