This independent practice has one full-time and one part-time position right now. The caseload is an even split between small animal and large animal, with some equine work, and there’s flexibility to lean into either SA or LA if preferred. It’s a supportive setup with experienced vets on hand, and new graduates will be considered — structured support and access to a graduate programme are available.
The practice operates a 1 in 5 OOH rota, with time back in lieu, and offers a genuinely mixed caseload in a tight-knit, rural community. Located within easy reach of Belfast, the Antrim coast, and two airports and ferry ports, it offers excellent connectivity as well as access to outdoor pursuits and a strong social scene.
