Equine Veterinary Surgeon – Flexible Role with Fantastic Support
Are you an equine vet looking for a supportive team and the flexibility to tailor your career? A progressive 7-vet equine practice in West Yorkshire, on the southern edge of the Yorkshire Dales, is seeking a new team member. This predominantly ambulatory practice also boasts excellent in-house facilities for lameness workups, standing surgeries, advanced dental procedures, and reproductive work, serving a client base of primarily leisure horses.
The Role:
- Focus: Primarily leisure horses, with opportunities in repro and dentistry for those interested
- Hours: Full-time preferred (average 4.5-day week), but reduced hours or flexible arrangements are available for the right candidate
- On-Call: 1:6 OOH rota, supported by an on-site night ANA to assist
What’s on Offer:
- Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Holidays: 32 days paid leave, including bank holidays
