We are excited to be working exclusive with a global company who are looking for a small animal vet to join their team and work on behalf of them as a Veterinary Territory manager.
This role will be field based and with travel being 80-85% of allocated time, based around the North East Territory and this includes North Dublin, Meath, Louth, Cavan, Westmeath, Offaly, Longford, Leitrim & Roscommon
What does the role look like?
This includes responsibility for business development and sales of pet nutrition brands.
Technical training and presentation of products to Vet Healthcare Teams and Pet Store staff.
You will also prepare commercial business development plans and programs for your customers.
In addition, you will represent the client at various events such as congresses and exhibitions.
Hours: This is a Monday - Friday '9-5' position.
The ideal candidate:
A veterinary professional eager to apply clinical knowledge in a new, dynamic field.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Small animal clinical experience to be complemented by scientific knowledge to support the role.
Experience or interest in business development and marketing ideal but not essential.
Confident, with a positive attitude and good cooperation skills.
Fluency in English (in both speech and writing)
