We at Lloyd & Cowan are thrilled to be working with a practice who have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and supportive team.
Working pattern:
This part-time role is for 27 hours per week, but they are flexible and happy to discuss different working patterns to suit your needs. There are no out-of-hours requirements, and currently, no weekend work is required. They can also tailor the caseload to match your clinical interests and provide full support for further certifications and development.
About them:
Their practice is well-equipped with four consultation rooms, separate cat and dog wards, an operating theatre, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, and access to an endoscope. They also use advanced technology like Imagyst for rapid in-house cytology and SignalPet for radiograph interpretation. Their team includes two experienced vets and a wonderful nursing team, all dedicated to delivering high-quality care and continuously improving through regular clinical audits.
They have a strong management team focused on training and development, with regular practice meetings to encourage open communication. They offer a 12-month CPD plan tailored to their team’s interests and support professional growth, including certificate opportunities.
Salary:
Up to £70,000 DOE
