We at Lloyd & Cowan are delighted to be working with a practice who are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team in a mixed role. Caseloads vary and they see some orthopaedics, medicine cases, dentals, soft tissue surgery to name a few. They can offer full support for further qualification in a chosen area of interest. You will be an enthusiastic, passionate, patient, and caring individual who is interested and willing to promote and build the practice.
They have all the usual tools of digital x-rays, ultrasound, in house bloods and are slowly adding to their arsenal.

Rota:
Working 40hrs per week plus participation in a quiet out of hours rota.
About them:
Their current team consists of 6 Vets, 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 VCA, 2 ACAs, a Practice Manger and 4 in their Client Care team. This team includes a Diagnostic Imaging Certificate holder, along with Vets working towards Certificates in Behaviour and in Cardiology. They offer Acupuncture and basic Orthopaedics.
Oban is a bustling place, with tourists travelling through regularly with direct access to the islands by ferry. It is a diverse community with a University and College campus, bringing people from far and wide
Salary:
Salary up to £65,000 DOE + up to £5,000 welcome bonus
