The Role:
- Provide clinical and operational support to veterinary practices to enhance patient care, client service, and practice efficiency.
- Work with practice teams to improve profitability, pricing strategies, and case management.
- Collaborate with senior management and HR to align clinical and business objectives.
- Lead and develop graduate training programs to ensure new vets receive mentorship and structured support.
- Deliver CPD training and support continuous learning across the group.
What We’re Looking For:
- Veterinary Surgeon with 5+ years’ experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of veterinary regulations, clinical standards, and business performance indicators.
- Leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to coach and support veterinary teams.
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
- Confident communicator with experience in training and development.
- Full, clean driving licence as travel across practices may be required.
