Group Veterinary Advisor – Ireland

Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for a leadership role that combines clinical expertise with business strategy? We are seeking a Group Veterinary Advisor to support a growing network of  veterinary practices across Ireland.

The Role:

  • Provide clinical and operational support to veterinary practices to enhance patient care, client service, and practice efficiency.
  • Work with practice teams to improve profitability, pricing strategies, and case management.
  • Collaborate with senior management and HR to align clinical and business objectives.
  • Lead and develop graduate training programs to ensure new vets receive mentorship and structured support.
  • Deliver CPD training and support continuous learning across the group.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Veterinary Surgeon with 5+ years’ experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of veterinary regulations, clinical standards, and business performance indicators.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to coach and support veterinary teams.
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
  • Confident communicator with experience in training and development.
  • Full, clean driving licence as travel across practices may be required.
