Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are pleased to be working with a practice who is seeking a motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join their talented team! You'll work alongside a dedicated group of vets and an exceptional nursing team to provide top-notch care for their patients.
About them:
They are a well-equipped first-opinion practice, offering digital X-ray, dental X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, and laparoscopy. You'll join a supportive, friendly team that handles a wide variety of cases, offering plenty of opportunities for personal development. They have 8 vets, 11 RVNs, and a strong support team, including certificate holders in medicine and surgery.
The Ideal Candidate:
They're looking for someone with solid surgical and consultation skills, who values clinical excellence and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
Flexible Work Schedule:
This role typically involves a 4-day week (38 hours), but they’re open to flexibility for the right candidate. Out-of-hours care is managed by an external provider, with only a 1:7 whole weekend commitment, 1:7 Saturday mornings, and one-night duty per week. They also welcome part-time applications.
Salary:
Up to £60,000, depending on experience.
