Our client who we are pleased to be working with is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon that has completed their Vet GDP to come and join their small and friendly team.
About them:
Small Animal Practice with two sites
3 ½ vets including experienced Head Vet and another with CertAVP Zoological Medicine
Experienced Nursing team including Head Nurse with certificate in Anaesthesia
High level ultrasound machine with excellent abdominal and cardiac capabilities as well as other usual toys
Focus on Evidenced Based Medicine with Clinical Governance and Excellent Client Care (hold RCVS PSS Award in this).
Supportive environment to allow development of more advanced skills and case management
The Job:
Veterinary surgeon who is happy to perform routine operations unsupported but still needs support for more complex cases
1 in 4 Saturdays, no Sundays or OOH work
Focus on wellbeing and close at 6pm 3 days a week to allow time out of work
15 minute consults routinely but longer when time is needed
Regular check-ins with your line manager to focus on development and a fair, open learning culture
