Our client who we are delighted to be working with is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to work across their two well-equipped clinics in Ballymena and Antrim. They offer excellent facilities, including digital x-ray, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, and TPLO kit. They are committed to clinical excellence and client care and are open to investing in specialist equipment if you have a particular interest you’d like to develop.
About them:
Their busy practice features a mix of consultations and surgeries with long-established clients.They have a dedicated and friendly team of 5 vets, 6 RVNs, 2 ANAs, 1 student nurse, 4 receptionists, and a practice Manager, along with a visiting specialist Ophthalmologist. Their vets hold certificates in surgery, dermatology, and exotics. They fully support further professional development, including certificate courses, though pursuing additional qualifications is not mandatory.

Located near Belfast and close to the beautiful North Coast, their clinics provide a great balance of professional and personal life.
Flexible Working:
They prioritize work-life balance and offer flexible rota patterns to accommodate your lifestyle, whether you’re looking for part-time hours or specific schedule adjustments. This role includes 30 hours per week, 1:6 weekends, and no out-of-hours work. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Salary:
The salary is up to £67,000 pro rata, depending on experience.
