Veterinary Surgeon – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Alfreton, Derbyshire
Hours: Full-time (Part-time and flexible working considered)
We’re working on behalf of a progressive, well-equipped veterinary hospital in the Alfreton area that is looking to welcome a Veterinary Surgeon to their experienced and supportive team. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity, with the potential for flexible working arrangements.
You’ll be joining a large, collaborative team that includes multiple certificate holders across areas such as surgery, internal medicine, dermatology, ophthalmology and ECC. The practice is committed to clinical excellence, and offers a great environment for learning and development, whether you’re looking to consolidate your experience or explore a new clinical interest.
The hospital is purpose-built and well-resourced, with multiple consult rooms, separate dog and cat wards, three sterile theatres, digital x-ray, dental suite, diagnostics facilities, and more.

RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

A team player with strong communication skills

Confident in delivering high standards of clinical and client care
