We are looking for an Clinical Director to join the management team of a great veterinary group here in Northern Ireland.
The Role:
Key member of the management team, acting as line manager and mentor to colleagues in their development and career progress.
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the practice both clinically and non-clinically.
Promote the business and grow the client base.
Assist with the setting of financial budgets & HR processes for the practice and achieving same.
Who are we looking for:
You will be someone who can comfortably network and build relationships at senior levels.
You will be an exceptionally good people person with good influencing skills. You will demonstrate professionalism and integrity and have a track record of delivering on objectives.
Be driven, to develop the practice clinically and non-clinically.
MRCVS qualified.
Post Graduate qualification advantageous but not essential.
Salary & Benefits:
Base Salary £63k – £85k
