Are you the kind of vet who thrives on variety and loves guiding others as much as being in theatre? Maybe you’ve been thinking about your next chapter—somewhere you can use your experience, contribute to a growing team, and feel genuinely valued for what you bring to the table.

We’re working with an independent, forward-thinking practice in Lincolnshire that’s actively seeking an experienced small animal vet to join them. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the clinical side just as much as being a supportive figure for younger vets.

The team is tight-knit, well-established, and values collaboration. With a brand-new 24-hour site due to open soon, now’s an exciting time to get involved. If you enjoy mentoring, this could be a fantastic chance to play a key role in shaping the next generation—without stepping away from the hands-on clinical work.

What’s on Offer:

  • Independent practice – no corporate red tape

  • Full-time, 4-day week (8am–6pm or 9am–7pm)

  • No OOHs or on-call

  • 1 in 4 weekends (with time off in lieu)

  • Accommodation & relocation package available

  • Salary up to £80,000 DOE

  • Supportive environment with room to influence and lead

What They’re Looking For:

  • An experienced vet confident in both consults and routine surgery

  • Someone who enjoys coaching or mentoring others in the team

  • A collaborative approach with a passion for best practice and ongoing learning
