An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving, multi-vet team in Luton. 

About the Role:

  • This full-time role offers a great work-life balance with a 4-day working week and a 1 in 3 Saturday rota.
  • You’ll be working with a dynamic and supportive team, including 5 full-time vets, 3 experienced nurses, and a dedicated support team, all committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

You will have the chance to perform a range of surgical and medical procedures daily, including routine surgeries, diagnostics, and advanced treatments. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, and ensuring excellent client communication while promoting a positive team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with at least two years in small animal practice, particularly in surgery.
  • You should be a team player with a collaborative approach and a passion for animal care.
  • Confidence with routine and emergency procedures is key, along with a commitment to professional development.
