About the Practice
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independent small animal practice located in the South West London area. This practice blends the best of both worlds—first opinion care and complex cases that would typically be referred out—all delivered under one roof using cutting-edge technology.
This is a modern, purpose-built facility equipped with laparoscopy, ultrasound, a CT scanner, and a full in-house lab. What You’ll Be Doing
As an RVN in this team, you’ll be involved in a wide range of clinical duties, such as:

Monitoring anaesthesia and patient recovery

Blood sampling, catheter placement, and inpatient care

Running nurse consults (post-ops, weight clinics, client education)

Assisting with CT scans and advanced diagnostics

Carrying out Schedule 3 procedures (with full support and training)

Mentoring student nurses as a Clinical Coach (training provided if needed)

Contributing to clinical development and patient care improvements

What We’re Looking For

A Registered Veterinary Nurse with a proactive and team-oriented approach

Strong nursing skills across anaesthesia, inpatient care, and consults

A calm and adaptable mindset, even on busy days

A genuine desire to grow, develop, and contribute to a positive culture

Clinical Coach status is a bonus, but not essential (training available)

Newly qualified or experienced nurses are welcome to apply
