Are you a soon-to-be or recently qualified Veterinary Nurse looking to start your career in a welcoming and progressive practice? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established small animal clinic just outside Dublin, where your skills will be nurtured and developed from day one.
About the Practice
This busy, first-opinion practice is known for its friendly, experienced team and commitment to high clinical standards. With a strong focus on patient care and team collaboration, the clinic supports ongoing development and values the role of the veterinary nurse as an integral part of practice life.
The team includes several experienced vets (some with additional qualifications), a group of knowledgeable nurses, and dedicated support staff. The practice is equipped with modern diagnostic tools and offers a varied caseload, providing excellent exposure and learning opportunities for a new graduate.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an RVN in this practice, you’ll be involved in all areas of nursing, including:

Surgical nursing and theatre assistance

In-patient care and monitoring

Nurse consultations and client care

Supporting diagnostics and treatment procedures
You’ll have the opportunity to grow your confidence and skills in a practice that genuinely values the role of veterinary nurses and encourages full utilisation of your training.

A qualified (or soon-to-qualify) Veterinary Nurse eligible for VCI registration in 2025
