- Leadership Role: Lead a talented team, provide mentorship to associate veterinarians, and foster a culture of teamwork and excellence
- State-of-the-Art Facilities: Utilize advanced tools like in-house Idexx lab, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, and Cornerstone for electronic medical records
- High-Volume, High-Quality Care: Perform over 15 surgeries per day with skilled technicians and collaborate with an orthopedic surgeon when needed
- Community Involvement: Work alongside 10+ rescue organizations, supporting community outreach and animal welfare efforts

Position Overview:
As the Medical Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the hospital to new heights. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership and mentoring to associate veterinarians
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and upholding high standards of care
- Managing patient care, client complaints, and staff scheduling
- Overseeing hospital operations and contributing to financial health
- Serving as a staff veterinarian, maintaining hands-on involvement in patient care
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $140,000 to $165,000
- Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000
- Relocation assistance available
Qualifications & Skills:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- 3-5 years of clinical experience (preferred)
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong time-management and delegation abilities
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
