The Role:

  • Full-time position: 40 hours over 4 days, offering a great work-life balance

  • Part-time options available: 2-3 days per week

  • Share of Saturday rota (1:4 weekends)

  • No out-of-hours work currently, providing personal downtime (subject to future changes)

  • Opportunity to work independently at the branch surgery with full clinical freedom

The Team: You'll be joining a dedicated and supportive team consisting of:

  • 2 experienced Vets

  • 1 Head RVN

  • 2 full-time and 1 part-time RVNs

  • 1 Student Veterinary Nurse

  • 1 Veterinary Care Assistant

  • 2 Receptionists

  • An experienced Practice Manager

State-of-the-Art Facilities: The practice is well-equipped to ensure high standards of patient care, featuring:

  • Ultrasound and X-ray

  • Full IDEXX in-house laboratory

  • Separate cat and dog wards to maintain patient comfort

  • Nurse-led clinics

  • Continued investment in cutting-edge equipment, with more exciting upgrades planned

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passionate and confident vet comfortable working in a busy small animal practice

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team

  • Interest in pursuing further qualifications (certificates encouraged and fully funded)
