Mixed Animal Veterinary Surgeon – Northern Ireland
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated mixed animal veterinary surgeon to join a dynamic team in County Down.
Role Overview:
Responsibilities: Care for farm animals, companion animals, and equines, including routine treatments, health management, disease control and prevention, TB testing, emergency care, surgical and medical management.
Flexible Working Hours:
Full-Time: 40 hours per week, with out-of-hours and weekend cover needed.
Weekday Hours: 9 am to 5:30 pm.
Out-of-Hours: 5:30 pm to 9 am.
Weekends Off: Work finishes at 2:30 pm on Fridays.
Part-Time: Considered.
Location:
Scenic Areas: Situated between Strangford Lough and Slieve Donard.
Recreation: Sports clubs, racecourse, golf courses, mountain bike trails, and "Game of Thrones" landmarks.
Nightlife: Bustling seaside towns and villages.
City Access: 45 minutes from Belfast, 1.5 hours from Dublin.
