The Role

  • 4-day week (08:45 – 17:00) with 6.6 weeks of annual leave
  • 1:8 OOH rota, improving when the team expands
  • Two vets on-call at all times (primary + backup support)
  • OOH bonuses per call + additional time off:
  • 4-day long weekend after a weekend on-call
  • Mid-rota long weekend for extra recovery
