The Role:
- Salary: £37,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
- 4-day working week (08:45-17:00)
- 1:8 OOH rota (expanding with team growth), always with two vets on call for extra support
- Structured mix of farm, equine, and small animal work, including dedicated operating days
- 15-minute consults in manageable blocks
- Weekly clinical meetings to encourage collaboration and case discussions
- 4-day long weekend after every weekend on call + an additional mid-rota long weekend
About the Practice:
- Well-equipped for all species, with:
- Small animal & equine video endoscopy
- Sector & linear ultrasound scanners for farm & equine cases
- High-quality small animal ultrasound
- Digital X-ray, including dental & mobile equine
