Full-Time Mixed Practice Veterinary Surgeon

About the Practice
The practice is a modern, purpose-built animal clinic, fully equipped with the latest diagnostic tools. This multidisciplinary practice is committed to providing first-class veterinary care for all animals, both large and small. Situated in the most northerly vet practice in Ireland, the clinic boasts a rich history of serving the local farming and pet-owning community.
About the Role
The successful candidate will join a dynamic six-vet team, along with dedicated nurses and support staff. Reporting directly to the practice manager, the role involves a 50% focus on large animals and a 50% focus on small animals, ensuring a diverse and rewarding workload.
The on-call schedule operates on a 1-in-4 nights rotation basis, providing a balanced work-life dynamic.
About You
Must deliver high-quality veterinary care to both clients and their animals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective teamwork.
While all qualified and VCI-registered vets are encouraged to apply, experience in a mixed practice setting is preferred.
VCI registration is required.
