The Role:
- True mixed caseload: approx. 70% small animal and 30% large (cattle, horses, sheep, goats, alpacas—even the occasional camel!)
- Flexible hours – full-time and part-time applicants welcome
- Supported by a dedicated team of experienced vets and nurses in a collaborative, laid-back environment
- Opportunity for a motivated vet to step into a Clinical Lead position with leadership mentoring and profit-sharing potential
- Leadership support programs in place for vets wanting to grow their management skills
About You:
- An experienced vet confident with general practice across both large and small animals
- Someone looking to embrace regional mixed practice and build meaningful relationships with clients
- A team player with a positive, supportive mindset - someone who leads by example
- An interest in stepping into leadership is welcomed but not essential
