What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and mentor a team of vets and nurses, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional care for their pets.
  • Oversee clinical standards and ensure that the team delivers the highest level of patient care.
  • Get involved with advanced surgery and a diverse caseload, including orthopaedics and laparoscopic procedures.
  • Take the reins on client care and practice management, working closely with the support team to ensure smooth and effective operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a small animal practice.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
  • A strong desire to lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals.
  • Ability to balance clinical expertise with business acumen, driving practice performance and client satisfaction.
