What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and mentor a team of vets and nurses, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional care for their pets.
- Oversee clinical standards and ensure that the team delivers the highest level of patient care.
- Get involved with advanced surgery and a diverse caseload, including orthopaedics and laparoscopic procedures.
- Take the reins on client care and practice management, working closely with the support team to ensure smooth and effective operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a small animal practice.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
- A strong desire to lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals.
- Ability to balance clinical expertise with business acumen, driving practice performance and client satisfaction.
