An opportunity has arisen with a modern, purpose-built veterinary clinic in city centre Dublin, for an experienced and motivated Lead Veterinary Surgeon to drive clinical excellence, team leadership, and business performance.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced vet who is passionate about high-quality patient care, strong client relationships, and developing a thriving team.

The Role:

  • Salary: Up to €80,000
  • Full-time, permanent leadership role
  • Autonomy in clinic leadership & decision-making
  • Well-equipped clinic with separate dog and cat wards, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, and an in-house lab
  • No out-of-hours (OOH) responsibilities
  • Support from a strong Regional Director and business partners

Your Experience & Skills:

  • MVB (or equivalent) and VCI registration
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in small animal practice
  • Competent in Surgery & Dental work, sole charge and leadership
  • Leadership or coaching experience (formal or informal)
  • Strong clinical and surgical skills
  • Excellent communication & emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
