As a Lead Veterinarian join a highly regarded small animal practice in the heart of Singapore. This position combines clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities, offering the chance to shape a dynamic team while delivering top-tier care.
The Role:
You will oversee the clinical team, ensuring exceptional veterinary care and client service. You'll spend approximately 70-80% of your time on clinical work and the remainder on leadership duties, including mentoring team members, managing workflows, and collaborating with senior management to drive clinic performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care, including diagnostics, treatment plans, and surgeries.
Mentor and guide the veterinary team to achieve their full potential.
Ensure efficient clinic operations and a collaborative work environment.
Promote preventive care and client education.
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience.
Eligible to register in Singapore
1-3 years of experience in a leading or mentoring role
Strong communication and leadership skills.
