We are seeking an experienced Lead Veterinarian to join a family-owned practice located just 30 minutes outside of Brisbane and an hour from Gold Coast!
You will be joining a warm, inclusive, and fun workplace culture and a team who love to get involved in the community and are dedicated to providing exceptional care.
You can expect to have a great work-life balance to enjoy everything Queensland has to offer. You will work a 4-day work week with the odd Saturday morning shift.
What’s On Offer:
Salary ranging from $110,000 – $130,000+ plus super (commensurate with experience).

The Role:
As Lead Vet, you’ll be responsible for:
Delivering exceptional veterinary care to clients and patients.
Managing a variety of interesting medical and surgical cases.
Leading and supporting a thriving, collaborative team.
Working with the management team to achieve business growth.
Empowering and mentoring nursing staff to reach their full potential.
Upholding values that prioritize pets, people, and the planet.

A skilled general practitioner with strong experience in both medicine and surgery.
A personable communicator who can build lasting client relationships.
A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Someone with a passion for long-term growth and business development.
Must be comfortable with sole charge
