Large Animal Veterinary Surgeon
We have an exciting opportunity for a Large Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join an esteemed team in Enniskillen. This is a permanent, full-time position working 39 hours per week over four days, with a 1:3 half weekend or 1:6 full weekend rota.
About the practice: They are the longest-established in the area, featuring a robust team of nine vets, a nurse, two student nurses, three patient care assistants, three client care assistants, and an administrator. Located in the largest town in County Fermanagh, the practice is near the stunning Lough Erne and Cuilcagh Mountain, with popular tourist attractions like the Marble Arch Caves, Stairway to Heaven, and Florence Court nearby.
Responsibilities:
Delivering top-notch care to large animals, handling a range of tasks from routine health checks to advanced procedures
Providing direct care to patients and clients, tailoring services to their needs
