About them:
This a well-equipped, purpose-built practice nestled in the beautiful woodlands of Hastings. Their RCVS and ISFM accredited facility boasts modern amenities including digital x-ray, ultrasonography, and an in-house laboratory, providing you with the tools to deliver top-notch care to their patients.
For those eager to develop their leadership skills, they offer the chance to enrol in their leadership course, designed to support career growth. Upon completion, you’ll receive a qualification endorsed by Training Qualifications UK, equipping you with the tools to build a successful management career.
Role:
As their new Head Vet, you’ll play a key role in guiding their team and driving the practice forward. Your responsibilities will include staff development, maintaining high standards of client and patient care, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You'll work closely with their Regional Director and Hub Clinical Lead to ensure their practice continues to deliver exceptional service.
About You:
They’re seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with strong leadership skills who is dedicated to staff wellbeing and team success. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), but they are happy to discuss flexible working options or job share arrangements to suit your needs.
Salary:
Up to £83,400 per annum (DOE)
