Our client who we are thrilled to be working with are excited to welcome a Head Vet to lead their dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage a diverse caseload while providing leadership, support, and commercial direction to the practice. Each day will bring a new variety of consultations and surgeries, allowing you to develop your own areas of interest while guiding and mentoring your clinical team. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to their clinical development meetings, where your ideas on practice growth and improvement will be highly valued.
Where You'll Be Working:
Their 100% small animal practice is based in the beautiful county of Kent. Purpose-built in 2021, the clinic is equipped with all the modern tools you’d expect, plus a complete orthopaedic kit. The location offers more than just a rewarding work environment; Kent is famous for its stunning walking trails, superb seafood restaurants, golf courses, diving spots, and a vibrant cultural scene with shopping, museums, arcades, and live music.

Salary:
Up to £90000 per annum (Dependant on experience)
