Our client who we are pleased to be working with are seeking a full-time Head Veterinary Surgeon to join their exceptional team and lead a dedicated group of 5 talented vets. This is an ideal opportunity for a forward-thinking, passionate, and experienced veterinary surgeon who is ready to take the next step in their career.
The Role:
As the Head Veterinary Surgeon, you will play a key role in driving clinical excellence and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. You'll support and mentor your fellow vets, helping them reach their full potential, while also managing a busy practice with a varied caseload. They have all the essential tools, including digital x-ray, ultrasound, and endoscopy, and actively encourage further study and qualifications.
About Us:
Their practice is home to a team of 50 exceptional individuals across two sites, all dedicated to patient and client care, as well as their personal and professional growth. They pride themselves on providing a workplace that is open, safe, and supportive, with a strong focus on work-life balance.
Working Hours:
Full-time (40 hours per week) with a 1 in 5 weekend rota (Saturdays). Flexible working patterns and part-time options are available.
Salary:
£65,000 - £75,000 DOE.
