We are looking for experienced veterinary surgeon to head up this team and continue to push towards the continued success of this well established clinic.
The Team:
- You be leading a team of 2 other Vets, 7 RVNs, 2 SVNs and a VCA and a separate receptions and support team.
- The team has a broad range of specialities, many of whom are working towards further certifications.
As Head Vet, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping clinical standards, mentoring the team, and driving continuous improvement within the practice. This is an opportunity to lead from the front, ensuring the best care for patients while supporting and developing colleagues.
About you:
- Ideally you will have prior leadership expereince, however if you have a strong clinical knowledge and this is you first leadership role we will also consider. Leadership training will be provided.
- An interest in medicine and diagnostic imaging! would be beneficial but not essential.
