What We’re Looking For:
As the Head Vet, you will play a crucial role in the management team. We’re searching for a candidate with extensive clinical expertise and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding animal care. You should feel at home in a leadership role, with the motivation to implement a strategic vision and coach your team to consistently provide gold-standard, evidence-based care.
The position requires a 4-day work week, including 1:4 weekends, and while there are no out-of-hours commitments, we do require the Head Vet to be on call for any overnight patients.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Competitive at £80,000 (dependent on experience)
Recognition Payments: Guaranteed for the first 6 months
Relocation Package: £3,000 to help with your move
