Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of RVNs, students, and VCAs to ensure the highest standard of clinical care.

Mentor and support the professional development of your team, ensuring they feel valued and confident in their roles.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to clinical and operational standards.

Ensure high standards of care for patients and excellent customer service.

Take part in strategic planning and decision-making processes to improve the practice's performance.
About You:

RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse with substantial clinical experience.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience is desirable, but not essential.

Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Self-motivated, confident, and passionate about improving patient care and team performance.

Willingness to take part in internal leadership training and development programs.
The Package:

Starting salary from £32,000 (dependent on experience).
