We are partnering with a well-established mixed veterinary hospital, offering a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to step into a leadership role as Head RVN. This is a rare opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a supportive and collaborative environment, contributing to high-quality patient care while advancing your professional development.
The Role:

Full-time, permanent position

40 hours per week, with 1 in 3 Saturdays

No out-of-hours, Sundays, or Bank Holidays

Competitive salary of up to €45,000 (depending on experience)

Opportunity to lead a team of dedicated nurses and support staff
What We’re Looking For:

A qualified and registered Veterinary Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in first opinion practice

Strong leadership skills and an ability to manage a team effectively

A commitment to delivering high standards of clinical care

Experience in mentoring and supporting junior staff (desirable but not essential)

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

A passion for professional development and continuing education
