What You’ll Do:

As Head RVN, you’ll be the heart of the nursing team, ensuring the smooth running of the practice and providing exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the nursing team with positivity and professionalism.
  • Overseeing surgeries, patient monitoring, and pre- and post-op care.
  • Driving nurse-led appointments and Schedule 3 surgeries.
  • Inspiring your team through coaching, development, and sharing best practices.
  • Engaging with clients and ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory and practice standards while championing clinical excellence.

About You:

  • Registered Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS.
  • Proven experience in delivering outstanding patient and client care.
  • A natural leader who can confidently inspire and develop a clinical team.
  • Passionate about fostering a progressive, collaborative culture.
  • Skilled in coaching and influencing others to achieve their best.
