This is the perfect opportunity for a senior Veterinarian with leadership experience to take the next step in their career.
Working alongside a passionate and supportive team, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact - both clinically and operationally - while mentoring junior vets and contributing to the overall success of the clinic.
Responsibilities include:
Leading the team with high clinical standards and exceptional patient care.
Mentoring and supporting junior veterinarians to help them thrive.
Managing clinic finances, scheduling, and workflow in collaboration with the Practice Manager.
Driving clinical success while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace culture.
About You:
MUST be eligible for registration in Australia
Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient welfare.
Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
Leadership and mentoring experience, with a commitment to supporting your team’s growth.
An interest in business management or a willingness to learn about financial and operational processes.
