This Independent small animal veterinary practice in beautiful Dorset is seeking enthusiastic, motivated new graduates to join their team. What is on Offer:

  • Salary: £33,000–£36,000 per year, based on experience
  • Working Hours: 38 hours per week across four days, with shifts scheduled between 8:00 am–7:00 pm weekdays and 8:30 am–2:00 pm on Saturdays. Includes 1 in 4 Saturday rota, no Sundays or OOH.
  • Holidays: 5.6 weeks annual leave (213 hours, inclusive of bank holidays).
  • Professional Support: Full payment of your professional registration fees.
  • CPD: Ongoing investment in your professional development, tailored to your interests and career goals.
  • Pension Contributions: 3% employer contribution, with 5% from you.
  • Health Care Cover: Comprehensive health care benefits, including dental, optical, physio, wellbeing, specialist consultations, and personal accident protection.
