The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Exotics Veterinary Surgeon to join a growing team in Norfolk. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of exotic species and contribute to the continued development of high-quality care for exotic pets. The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including dedicated exotics wards, ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, and endoscopy systems.

This is a full-time position with a 1:3 weekend rota, but part-time hours can be considered for the right candidate. The role provides the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, offering significant exposure to complex and routine exotics cases, while being supported by a talented team of professionals.

Your Skills and Experience

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
  • Experience in exotics and small animal care (all experience levels welcome)
  • Comfortable working in a multi-vet team and delivering high standards of care
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior colleagues
  • Proactive in contributing to clinic culture and continuous professional development
