Equine Veterinarian Opportunity – Western Washington
Lloyd & Cowan is proud to represent a fantastic opportunity for an Equine Veterinarian to join a progressive, multi-doctor, multi-species practice in Western Washington.
The Role
This position involves approximately 85% equine care, with a focus on preventative and geriatric care, and 15% small ruminants and camelids. Duties include farm calls, haul-in facility appointments, and shared ambulatory emergency coverage.

Located on a 23-acre facility, this hospital is equipped with:
- 4 digital X-ray units
- Endoscopy (1.5m & 3.3m)
- 2 portable ultrasound units
- MRI, shockwave therapy
- Reference-quality in-house lab
- Fully staffed equine referral hospital with 24-hour nursing care and 2 surgical suites

What We’re Looking For
- DVM/VMD or equivalent
- State Veterinary Board License in good standing
- DEA license or eligibility
- Strong skills in client communication and collaboration
